Cottage (The Star Beast)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

By 2023, Wilfred Mott lived in some sort of cottage, separate from the rest of the Noble family.

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

After the Noble family moved into a new home following their lottery winnings, but before Donna Noble donated the rest of the money to charity, Wilfred became unable to use the stairs in the home as he grew older, and so UNIT offered to cover the majority of the expenses of sheltered accommodation for him. As it was explained to Donna and Shaun Temple, Kate Stewart had wanted to look after him given his time as a soldier. The sheltered accommodation was, according to Rose Noble, "[a] room, like a cottage, and a garden".

When the Fourteenth Doctor arrived at the Nobles' home in search of the Meep and gathered with the rest of the Nobles in their living room, he noticed Wilf's absence and misunderstood that Wilf had died after Donna told him that Wilf wasn't with them. She and Sylvia Noble, after chastising him for coming to such a morbid conclusion, quickly set the record straight.
