Craig was a police officer in Toronto, Canada in 2040. He was the boss of Joe Marquez.
One day as Marquez was leaving work, Craig asked him to take on the case of a man who was "babbling" about an attack on the Pickering power station. When Marquez resisted, Craig told Marquez he couldn't do it because he had an eye appointment. (PROSE: The Nuclear Option)
