Crazlus
Crazlus was a companion of the War Master. As such his interlect was used to trick Soogasor's people to tack the energy from the Sun of Mustasa. The Master asked him to they lie low in the Panopticon and eventually become a member of the Celestial Intervention Agency. He was linked to The Master's TARDIS as part of this uncover operation. He later helped stop The Master's signal and tasked by Narvin to dispose of his body in a brutal way. He in fact cured the Master to full health.
