A Cyber-base was established in 1985 by time travelling CyberNeomorphs, using a stolen timeship from Hatre Sedtry. These Cybermen also established a Moonbase on the dark side of Earth's moon. (TV: Attack of the Cybermen, PROSE: Attack of the Cybermen, AUDIO: The Ultimate Cybermen)
After the destruction of the time vessel and the future Cyber-Control on Telos, the Cyber-base in the sewer was sealed in abandoned whilst the surviving Neomorphs, dubbed "Isomorphs" by Hegelia, took to their base on the Moon. (AUDIO: The Ultimate Cybermen)
