The Cyber-web was the network which linked the Cybus Cyberman Armada who invaded the Federation universe. Following the Cybermen conquest of the Borg, the cyber-web absorbed the Borg Collective. When the Eleventh Doctor uploaded a new copy of the Borg operating library through the Conduit and the Cyber-Controller, the Conduit set the cyber-web to self-destruct. (COMIC: Assimilation²)
