A Dalek once chased the First Doctor, Susan Foreman, Barbara Wright and Ian Chesterton into the Doctor's TARDIS. However, as they escaped, the back of the police box shattered and all four inadvertently ran straight out the other side. In July 1991, a tape featuring scenes from Dr Who that weren't alright on the night was released and included this incident. (NOTVALID: The Year Ahead?)
