This Dalek Death Squad spacecraft was a Dalek saucer commanded by Death Squad Daleks within the Time Vortex, waiting for a chance to strike. Secretly summoned by the Thirteenth Doctor, the saucer arrived in 2021 England and wiped out the Defence Drone Daleks. Afterward, the saucer was destroyed by Jack Harkness and members of Team TARDIS.
