Around 2006, Dan Lewis had a fiancée. Two days prior to the wedding, however, she had told him that she "couldn't bear [to spend] the rest of her [life] with [Dan]"; she thought she could do better. Dan loved her. About fifteen years later, in 2021, Dan told Diane about his fiancée, after she asked why he "wasn't married with triplets", jokingly. (TV: Once, Upon Time)
