Delta Bluestone was the brother of Dench Bluestone. Together, they ran a culinary business on resort planet MXQ1. Unbeknownst to their customers, the Bluestones had been murdered and replaced by the Slitheen, who had been earning money by selling livers taken from the sentient lifeforms who dined and worked at the resort. The Hazrateen were made aware of the Slitheen's activities when Rose Tyler made contact from MXQ1, and they promptly sent a ship from Raxacoricofallapatorius to apprehend the Slitheen Delta and his partner, who would be taken for incarceration.
