Story notes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • Though the date of this story is not specified, it is established that the death penalty applied to the Slitheen no longer stands, placing it after Boom Town in 2006. Meanwhile, the Doctor notes the Blathereen to be a peaceful and law-abiding family as per The Gift; the Blathereen become a criminal family eclipsing the Slitheen by The Monsters Inside, set in 2501.
