Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Before the outbreak of the Mysteron War[[edit] | [edit source]]

In September 2067, Destiny took off from Cloudbase in Nice for Glenn Field in Miami so as to be present for fellow Spectrum officer Captain Black's return to Earth following the end of his Zero X mission to Mars. She was pursued by the passenger jet TGW 197 K, carrying TV 21 reporters Pete Tracker and Lens Sharpe, for at least a day. Destiny communicated their persistence to Colonel White who advised her to call the World Air Force in the Bahamas for help in stopping them. She successfully eluded them by some measure after executing this plan though Pete and Lens were still able to track and follow her course to Glenn Field after they finished being questioned by the Air Force. The Mysteron War[[edit] | [edit source]]

In 2067, during a Mysteron threat to destroy London, Destiny closely monitored Captain Scarlet as Angel Leader while he drove a H-bomb across Cornwall in Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle 7. Scarlet asked her to clear the area two hundred miles west of Land's End of shipping so the bomb could be allowed to harmlessly detonate. Destiny replied "S.I.G." and wished him good luck.

Destiny and the Angels were called into action soon afterwards when the Mysterons announced a threat to destroy Unity City. Rhapsody reported to her an unauthorised aircraft on the horizon and was told to investigate, (COMIC: We Will Destroy Unity City (part one) [+]Loading...{"part":"One","1":"We Will Destroy Unity City (comic story)"}) though another account indicated Harmony was the one to investigate the aircraft, which subsequently shot her down. Later, Destiny and the Angels were launched again when Cloudbase received a distress call from Captain Black which stated both he and Captain Scarlet were in a position in Fiji and desperately needed help. Destiny released Scarlet from his restraints when she arrived on the Fijian beach, opining when Scarlet did the same for Black that she would have left him for the crabs. As they all waited for Cloudbase to fly overhead, the Mysterons activated Black's audio-field which produced a high frequency noise and incapacitated everyone on the beach, allowing Black to carry Scarlet into the sea without any resistance from Destiny or the other Angels. Captains Blue and Magenta were sent to investigate after they failed to make radio contact and found them still dazed on the beach. In 2068, when the Mysterons were apparently defeated and World President T.J. Younger disbanded Spectrum, the Angels and their craft were reassigned to the World Air Force. Destiny was seen next to a line of craft belonging to the Air Force with the other Angels: Symphony, Rhapsody, Melody, and Harmony. After it became clear that the Mysterons' defeat was actually a clever ruse, Spectrum was reassembled. (COMIC: Traitor Black Gives In!)
