Dunstanton Lake

Dunstanton Lake was a lake and one of the largest inland bodies of water in Great Britain. The Archaeotech Dive Control Centre was built over the deepest part of the lake and could only be reached by a custom-built walkway from the shore.
In the 1970s, an archaeological team led by Freda Mattingly discovered a crashed Dastron prison spacecraft on the bed of the lake. (AUDIO: Prisoners of the Lake)
