The Eiffel Tower was a structure located in Paris which the Doctor saw on several occasions.

According to the Ninth Doctor, it was built by aliens as a spaceship, but he stopped it from taking off. (PROSE: Rose)

20th century[[edit] | edit source]

The Eighth Doctor took Anji and Fitz to see the Eiffel Tower in the summer of 1937. Close to the Tower, the Doctor told Fitz and Anji that Adolf Hitler had wanted to have his photograph taken atop the Tower to prove that he had conquered Paris.

However, the Tower's keepers had made the lifts and stairways impassible to prevent German entry, so he had to have a press conference in the shadow of the monument, instead. (PROSE: History 101)

In 1943, the Thirteenth Doctor confronted the Spy Master atop the Eiffel Tower. (TV: Spyfall)

The Twelfth Doctor and Clara, while visiting Paris following its liberation in 1944, thwarted a plan by the Darapok Empire to brainwash humanity into destroying itself by destroying their transmitter on the Eiffel Tower, and then frightening them off. (COMIC: Trust)

The Fourth Doctor and Romana II visited the Eiffel Tower in 1979, while Duggan bought a postcard of the Mona Lisa from a gift shop there. (TV: City of Death)

After a wave of Shakri cubes arrived on Earth, hundreds of them could be seen in Paris by the Eiffel Tower. (TV: The Power of Three)

Around the 2010s, a global forest grew overnight to protect the Earth from a solar flare. The forest encompassed the area around the Eiffel Tower. (TV: In the Forest of the Night)

Under the influence of the Amulet of Xanadu's power, The Ghost moved the tower from Paris to New York. (COMIC: Misst Loves Ghostie)

In 2323, when the Fourteenth Doctor interfered with the Dalek Dome's 1966 Dalek invasion of Earth exhibit, he caused the false Daleks to destroy the Earth, observing the remains of the Eiffel Tower drifting in the wreckage before he learnt that it was all a simulation. In 2254, the Eiffel Tower survived a Dalek invasion of Earth which saw Paris liberated by the Doctor. (GAME: Dalek Attack)

Like other famous cultural items such as the Statue of Liberty, the Tower was stolen by the Threshold and taken to the town of Wormwood on the Moon. (COMIC: Wormwood)
