The Eighth Doctor was the eighth incarnation of the Doctor. In October 1991, the BBC brought back a revamped Dr Who after noting the popularity of both cop and quiz shows with Bruce Forsyth in the title role. The Doctor once arrested an Ice Warrior but proceeded to tell him that he still had the chance to win big prizes in the second half of the night's Regeneration Game. (NOTVALID: The Year Ahead?)
