According to the Ninth Doctor's sonic screwdriver, Rose Tyler had an "abysmal" electrolyte count when she entered the TARDIS from the Zreeg's domain. He noted that she was severely dehydrated, but would recover. (PROSE: The Monster in the Cupboard)

This indicates that Rose has been sweating, since dehydration on its own does not result in low electrolyte count.
Sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride are all vital electrolytes. However, this has not been directly explained in known DWU sources.
