Elspeth Morgan (PROSE: The Torchwood Archives) lived in Cardiff in the 21st century was walking home one night when a sports car stopped at the traffic lights. She was surprised to see an alien Blowfish at the wheel and watched as he drove off. When the Torchwood SUV pulled up, she gave them the direction the alien went in. Once they had left, she muttered "Bloody Torchwood" to herself. (TV: Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang)
