Emil Metz was a German paratrooper during World War II. Despite his position, he never once jumped out of a plane.
In mid-December 1944, Metz fought in the Battle of the Bulge, clearing the American soldiers from the Schnee Eifel in the Ardennes region of Belgium. In the subsequent mopping-up operations, Metz and his fellow paratroopers in the area were kidnapped by the Sidhe. (PROSE: Autumn Mist)
