Emissary of Drakka

The emissaries of Drakka were a species of psychic vampires native to Drakka. According to the Fourth Doctor, all the emissaries of Drakka had been dead for centuries. Lacking physical bodies of their own, they fed off the psychic energy of their victims and possessed their bodies while searching for further prey. They were limited to taking over the mind and body of one individual at a time.

Several emissaries of Drakka came to Crellium with Krem-ling, where they lay buried in the soil, waiting for the moment he would take over the Yulians' Communal Will which would enable them to feed off of entire worlds at a time instead of individuals. He transmitted the psychic energy from the attack through the flowers Marsalla had planted into the emissaries, reviving them; however, they were all destroyed soon afterwards in an explosion set off by Marsalla.
