Emperor Dalek (City of the Daleks)
A new Emperor Dalek was installed in Kaalann by the Supreme Council of the New Dalek Paradigm after they acquired the Eye of Time, to act as their ruler after they restored Skaro. He had the blue-grey casing of a Strategist Dalek, (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe) in a shape resembling that of the casing of the Dalek Emperor in the Last Great Time War. He was surrounded by Strategist Daleks. When the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond travelled back in time to when Skaro was devastated and before the new Daleks arrived with the Eye of Time, they erased the Daleks' alterations and Kaalann was left abandoned. Human historians following the Siege of Trenzalore acknowledged the Emperor and his subsequent non-existence within a string of defeats, followed by another Emperor's plot to use the Eternity Clock, the Doctor inflicted on the New Paradigm following their establishment which led to their organisational restructure into the Parliament of the Daleks, led by the Prime Minister of the Daleks, preceding the Asylum Incident.
