Erskine Morris

Erskine Morris was a resident of Woodwicke.
He was inducted into Matheson Catcher's New York Renewal Society in 1799. When the Carnival Queen returned, the rain that resulted from her arrival transformed many of the residents of Woodwicke. The Seventh Doctor, by making Morris focus on what he believed in, was able to get him to reverse the changes that had happened to him. He then helped other people to return to normal.
