Eukanian
Eukanians were a humanoid species who made chittering noises.
They had similar head shapes to Pan-Babylonians, but could be distinguished from them by their skin colour and lack of nostrils. (TV: The Rings of Akhaten)

At least one of them attended the Festival of Offerings at least once. (TV: The Rings of Akhaten) Another was present at the Maldovorium when River Song was in the market for a vortex manipulator. (TV: The Pandorica Opens) Another was present in the Zaggit Zagoo bar on Zog at the same time as Jack Harkness. (TV: The End of Time)
A poster showing the head of one of these aliens was at the Maldovarium when it was visited by Colony Sarff. (TV: The Magician's Apprentice [+]Loading...["The Magician's Apprentice (TV story)"]) The same poster also appeared on a wall in an alley leading from the Trap Street.
