Felicity was a lawyer working in London. She was very expensive and an excellent lawyer.
She represented Constantine Oliver in 2016. When he gave her contact information to DC Turner, the police officer who arrested Miss Quill, she took the card and called Felicity first. As a result, Felicity was happy to represent Miss Quill rather than Mr Oliver. (PROSE: The Stone House)
