Fiacra was the captain of the Greenwood, though thought of herself as more of a community leader. She showed the Ninth Doctor around to show if the ship was a good place to leave Callen Lennox. She was connected to the ship's AI who knew he was a Time Lord. She tried to tell the Doctor not to investigate. She was eventually controlled by BOSS.
