Fingal

Fingal was a large insectoid from a city far in William's future. He was the contact between William and the Sixth Doctor, who were looking for fuel for the TARDIS, and Eldric Bansal. When Bansal was murdered, Fingal quickly left the scene so as not to be involved. (PROSE: Walkin' City Blues)
