Floater (Rescue)

Floater was a member of a nameless species that existed in the Psychic Realm, where the psychic virus sent its victims. Madame Vastra referred to him as her "Oracle" and he claimed to be 6000 years old. The species communicated telepathically and their appearance was described by Cleo Proctor as "an alien foetus in a jar", however the jar was only provided by Vastra so that they could survive in the human realm. Floater claimed that his species had watched humankind and how they've evolved for a millennia. (AUDIO: Rescue).
After the Psychic Virus was defeated, Vastra sent Floater to Cleo and her brother Jordan. (AUDIO: Salvation)
