Flor owned a bed and breakfast that the Unbound Doctor and Bernice Summerfield stayed at. She was a former soldier. Her dogs fought unusually which the Doctor thought was curious. They found a body when investigating the cause. She was then tasked with supervising Benny after the Doctor's arrest, and showed her something from the past. She thought that the Doctor and Benny had been sent by her old employers to find her. She was attacked by a possessed Rylan Winsell but survived.
