Frank Osgood
Frank Osgood was the father of Petronella and Nova Osgood.

Frank was technologically skilled and built electron telescopes and other devices in his garage, but despite belonging to an old UNIT family, he never applied to join the organisation and never asked his more knowledgeable relatives about alien life, preferring to look for it himself. For Christmas, Osgood found him rare photographs of suspected alien activity. (PROSE: For the Girl Who Has Everything)

For Christmas 2011, Osgood located Kenneth Arnold's journal, which Nova put her name on due to her having left Christmas shopping to the last moment once again. Osgood expected Frank to burn dinner whilst Nova had her feet up due to him being distracted by the thought of redesigning the oven. (PROSE: For the Girl Who Has Everything)
