Franz Albrecht Stuart was a member of German nobility. Edith Renner asked for his help in buying land for Anura's plans. He wanted to become the monarch of the British Empire. Vella took him away from him from Edith and tricked him into trying to kill the Queen, but it was actually Jenny Flint. After being defeated, he lost his mind thinking he was the King.
