Freeth was the son of the president of the Parakon Corporation.
He began visiting Earth in the 1940s, sparking the first reports of flying saucers. He was secretly fomenting wars on other planets, using the bodies for fertiliser for rapine. When his actions were revealed by the Third Doctor, he tried to kill the Time Lord. However, Jenhegger threw him into the Giant Butcher Toad pit, where he was killed. (AUDIO: The Paradise of Death)
