French police officer (The Return of Mr. Steelman)
In 2065, a French police officer was responsible for the arrest of Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward in Paris.
Lady Penelope initially charmed the officer by complimenting the French people and was able to distract him by enlisting his help in looking for her (non-existent) poodle. This allowed Penelope and Parker to investigate the Banque Nationale, where the officer was guarding, which had been restricted after several explosions in the area.
Later, after the duo had emerged again, they were found in the area and the officer questioned what they were doing there. Lady Penelope simply requested to be taken to a superior officer so she could explain. Her request was granted and they were taken under close arrest to the police station.
