The redacted incident files concerned the Sandminer robot attacks on Storm Mine 4 and the Lorelei. They mentioned the Fourth and Seventh Doctors and were kept secret by the Kaldor City Company. Thanks to the files, Tula Chenka and Galla Posca were aware of the Doctor. Posca later said that the complex incident would be added to the files. (AUDIO: Escape from Kaldor)
