Gearon was a planet shrouded in darkness and located in the Outer Galaxies. When travelling off-world, its inhabitants required visors to see, and their ships were larger than any Earth ship. (PROSE: Mission to the Unknown)
The planet was represented by Gearon when it joined forces with the Daleks to conquer the solar system in 4000. (TV: Mission to the Unknown, The Daleks' Master Plan) Later in the 41st century, Gearon was ruled by Gearon's wife, Queen Gearar, who became part of the Syndicate. (AUDIO: The Perfect Prisoners)
