Geoff Love was a conductor in the 20th century.
The Ministry had sent Iris Wildthyme to investigate Geoff Love as they suspected of secreting in subliminal messages into his reworkings of TV sci-fi themes. Iris went undercover, disguised as a Space: 1999 fan, helping Geoff develop the Doctor Who theme, and proving that The Ministry was indeed correct with their suspicions.
