Georges Picquart

Colonel Georges Picquart was the head of the International Espionage Section of the French Secret Service, and also part of the Shadow Directory. He was Anton Jarre's commanding officer while they were in the Service. After being removed by the Tribunal for his support of Alfred Dreyfus, Picquart was sent to Tunisia. (PROSE: The Death of Art)
