Go Tol was a member of Kon Po's pursuit force hired by Mr Bird to pursue the Eighth Doctor. Due to the paradoxical nature of the timeline, he regressed to being a child, and Andy Davidson took care of him before handing him back to Kon Po. (AUDIO: Patience)
