History[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Golden Emperor (COMIC: Genesis of Evil) intended to use its time machine as part of the 2415 Dalek invasion (COMIC: The Secret of the Emperor)

Despite its plans, the Emperor's time machine proved to be faulty. Whilst the Dalek invasion force landed on Earth in 2415, the Emperor landed in 1415 in the middle of the Battle of Agincourt.

Upon his arrival, the Emperor was bewildered. Before he could defend himself, he was charged and bowled over by knights on horseback, who believed him to be a "strange war machine" and "midget in golden armour". The Emperor quickly adjusted his time machine and vanished, to the astonishment of the knights. He made repeated attempts to find the correct year of invasion, but his memory cells failed him. At one point he found himself in Earth's prehistoric period, where he was attacked with rocks thrown by primitive humans. While the Emperor was lost in time, the Daleks were left without a leader and so their invasion of Earth was a complete failure, ending with their surrender. (COMIC: The Secret of the Emperor)
