HMS Brighton was a Royal Navy nuclear submarine captained by Martin Okombe. Okombe was told to move Brighton from its position near Newport (AUDIO: A Mother's Son) by Admiral Charles Fisher on the orders of Torchwood. (AUDIO: Eye of the Storm)
