Hangman (The Woman Who Lived)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

A hangman was charged with hanging Sam Swift in 1651. The Twelfth Doctor used his psychic paper, which showed an official pardon for Swift from Cromwell himself, to convince the hangman to stop the event. Swift and the hangman later shared a conversation at a pub, showing that they bade each other no ill will. (TV: The Woman Who Lived)
