Percy Till

Percy Till was a person the Sixth Doctor met in the wrong order.
In 1940, he was a pilot during the war and went on reconnaissance missions. He died during one such mission and was resurrected at Abbey Marston, an army research station during the war. This was when he first met the Doctor and Constance Clarke. The Doctor asked him to help Constance to destroy equipment that the Static could use to invade. The Doctor then asked him to look after the place.
In 1980, he was the site manager of a campsite near Abbey Marston. This is when the Doctor met him the first time. He was angry when Andy Clover brought a television and he destroyed it. Flip Jackson learnt that he had Constance's ID. (AUDIO: Static)
