Help Plea from Planet was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article tied-in to The Daleks comic story Eve of War [+]Loading...["Eve of War (comic story)"].

- A "frantic" plea for help has been made by the planet Oric. The call came shortly after a spy satellite reported a new build-up of forces on the Dalek planet of Skaro.
- Adressing the help call to the World President, the Oric leader claimed that the Daleks were intent on space conquest and an attack on his planet was a forerunner to an attack against the Solar Empire.
- The World Security Council met in Washington to discuss the plea, but informed sources claim no help will be sent at present.
- Space Station M2 reports that a Mechanoid ship is heading for Skaro although it refuses to say whether this is in answer to Oric's plea.
- Two Daleks are pictured leaving the Main Council room after a briefing by the Emperor.
- Los Angeles police have stated that an arrest is expected in the Minnie Cringewobble slaying.
- The deputy commissioner told a press conference that Captain Amos Burke had received a tip-off implicating someone called the Cat. The Homicide department is checking out the information and is sure the information will lead to an early arrest.

- This story is another crossover with Burke's Law.
- This story ties into the Burke's Law comic Who Killed Minnie Cringewobble? [+]Loading...["Who Killed Minnie Cringewobble? (comic story)"]. In spite of this, the comic had actually run from TV21 42 - 43, having long since concluded by the time Help Plea from Planet was released in TV21 47.
