Hendricks Flame was a 21 short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Notably, it mentioned Unity City, a location first introduced in The Daleks comic story Duel of the Daleks.

Information on the men behind-the-scenes of TV 21 continues to be printed, with the magazine's top photographer Hendricks Flame the next to receive the treatment. Born in Unity City thirty years prior, Flame works with the city's leading newspaper the Daily Globe until his reputation as a first-class photographer catches the attention of TV 21 directors and he is persuaded to join the outfit in 2064.

- This story was the second in the News Flash sub-series of 21 stories which provided biographies of the behind-the-scenes personnel involved in the production of the in-universe version of TV 21. It was also the last of said series to crossover with the Doctor Who universe.
