Henzil
Henzil was a Time Lord of the Chancellery Guard.

Captain Henzil sided with President Romana during the Gallifreyan Civil War and served under Commander Hallan. He fought against the enemy when they attacked their base in the Maelstrom Cloisters and was stunned by K9 Mark II. (AUDIO: Fractures)
Henzil was charged with ensuring that Darkel did not escape from the medical wing after she complained of a funny turn. He refused to hand Romana over to Commander Janartis to be used as a bargaining chip with the Sunari and took her to the meeting of the High Council on an anti-grav sled. He went with Narvin to find Leela and helped them and Captain Annos to bring K9 Mark II back to the Capitol. (AUDIO: Appropriation)
Henzil and Annos took Janartis prisoner after he shot Darkel in the Panopticon and was present when Annos interrogated him. (AUDIO: Mindbomb)
After tripping on his cape and falling down the steps of the Panopticon, Henzil went to Elbon for medical attention. He helped locate the Time Lords infected with the Dogma Virus in the Vaults and was promoted by President Matthias to the rank of Commander after bringing Romana and K9 to him. He informed Annos that the taser field keeping in the infected was failing. (AUDIO: Panacea)

Although John Dorney was credited as playing Henzil in Fractures on the Big Finish Productions website and app, he was not credited in the CD accompanying materials and had no lines.
