Howard Devor was an actor on Olleril.
When he was young, he had appeared on Martha and Arthur. As an adult he was the lead in Captain Millennium. The cult of Luminus had a processor implant installed in his brain to gather data for the Supreme One's psychotronic generator. He was eventually killed by Jeff Shrubb aboard the Gargantuan.
