Howling:Remembering Stolen Earth

How do all the Daleks remember what happened in the Stolen Earth/Journey's End? Because all but three Daleks died in that episode, and they died in Victory when the Power Ranger Daleks were born, so all memories of that episode died with the last three. So how come Rusty remembers?
