Hudson River

The Hudson River was a river near Manhattan, (PROSE: A Visit from Saint Nicholas) separating New York City from Union City. (COMIC: Spiral Staircase) In 1966 it was pointed out by a tour guide from atop the Empire State Building. (TV: The Chase) Indeed, Dodo Chaplet and Joseph could also see the river from atop the building. (PROSE: Salvation)

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Hudson River.
