Ilona Hingis

Ilona Hingis was a police officer in Prague in 2064 when it was surrounded by a containment field due to the war. When the Eighth Doctor and Charley Pollard first met her, she had just scared away some looters. The Doctor saved her life when someone shot at her, but she was helpless to prevent him and Charley from being taken away by Colonel Rijzki's officer. She later bluffed her way into their cell and held a gun to Rijzki, ordering him to release the pair. The four of them took the TARDIS out of the city, where the Doctor showed them that there was no war. (PROSE: War in a Time of Peace)
