Isabella Clerkwell was a member of the Rulers of the Universe. Bertie Potts introduced her to River Song. She called River one of Bertie's pet projects. She told River that her husband was on board. (AUDIO: I Went to a Marvellous Party) She hoped that the Eighth Doctor would be a better guest than River. When River blew up the ship she made sure that she was on the first escape pod.
