Jaks
Jaks was a Pureblood Vulpanan werewolf and the member of Clan Benja, the leaders of the House of the Second Moon during the end of Vulpana's Golden Millennium. He was the middle of Ulla's three sons and had an older brother, Issak and younger brother, Tob. Jaks was the "runt" of the litter and mocked by his brothers for being an omega, something he denied. Among his brothers, he was the most clever, though their mother believed that thinking was best left to females. When Jaks and his family encountered the Seventh Doctor and his Vulpanan companion Mags, also a Pureblood who turned with the Second Moon, his mother wanted Mags to marry one of her children.
Jaks was highly skilled technically, and designed advanced weaponry. He believed Vulpana was in need of change and supported a revolution. To overthrow the Pureblood powers, Jaks engineered a Fifth Moon which he placed in the planet's orbit. The moon disrupted physiological responses of Vulpana's lycanthropic population to Vulpana's four regular moons, making them lose control of their senses. (AUDIO: The Moons of Vulpana)
