Jesper

Jesper was a brilliant tracker according to his mistress Inger. He hunted Snow Beasts on Isenfel. On one such hunt, he met with the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa, Tegan Jovanka and Vislor Turlough and saved them from the beasts. He kept a group of children under the palace, so their families wouldn't be culled. He helped Tegan to deliver the children back to their parents. (AUDIO: Equilibrium)
