Dr Julius was a time traveller from the 22nd century. He was sent to Lorretta Waldorf after her voice was taken in 1930. Unbeknownst to Lorretta, it was Julius who had stolen her voice. His plan was to steal silent actors' voices and other parts of them in order to get a heavy price for them in the future. He wished to do the same with the Fourth Doctor. However, the Doctor placed Julius in the machine that he was using and defeated his plans. (AUDIO: The Silent Scream)
